  When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment is added I
  get four emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service?

  My coder is trying to convince me to move

  I've been using Movable-type on several websites for about a year and
  am worried about switching to another platform. I have heard fantastic things about blogengine.net.
  Is there a way I can import all my wordpress posts into it?
